I work at the intersection of leadership, growth, and human capacity. My background spans business, leadership development, boards, and strategic support for companies in transition and growth. Across this work, one thing has become clear: many of the challenges leaders face are not only strategic. They are also human. Pressure exposes patterns. Growth creates strain. Complexity tests both judgment and nervous system capacity. That is where my work begins.

I support leaders and organizations in strengthening the capacity required to stay clear, grounded, and strong in the middle of what is difficult. I work independently and also in close collaboration with a small circle of highly experienced partners when assignments call for broader depth or complementary expertise.
